Caption states: "410 Service Centres are marked on this latest map released by the Department of Highways. the location of the two centres in Dunwich are 100 rods west of the Coyne Road. The other two service centres will be built just east of Tilbury. The decision on which oil companies will have their tenders approved will be made by DHO March 11th".
