Caption from St. Thomas Times-Journal: "Aylmer Business Men On Their Toes: Scoring Centralization of Industries, Kelley Claims Small Ontario Towns Best: Ontario Minister of Health Outspoken in His Denunciation of "Grabbing" Tactics of Large Cities; Advises Aylmer Chamber of Commerce They Have Big Opportunity."

Kelley, Ontario Minister of Health, who spoke last night to members of the Aylmer and District Chamber of Commerce at their first big dinner meeting of the year.
