Scenes from an Elgin Regiment parade on Talbot Street, July 10, 1940 (see Curchin and Sim, "The Elgins", 1977, pp. 65-66). 91b features a military marching band and a large dog, possibly the regimental mascot.

All three photographs show the north side of Talbot Street in the block between Hiawatha and Mondamin Streets. Down the Street to Yesterday Zone 29 (Hiawatha to Mondamin).
