- R13 S3 Sh6 B4 261a was published in the Rodney Mercury on December 1, 1983, with the caption: “Framed 4-H Achievement certificates and 4-H trophies were presented to Karen Focht for completing six projects. She was also the top member in the Horsemanship and Tractors Clubs. Kizito VanAsten received an Achievement Certificate for completing six projects. His sister, [unidentified girl], at left, received a 4-H trophy for having topped the 4-H Conservation Club. Fair Board President Larry Murphy is at right.”
