- Two black-and-white negative photographs featuring the 14th Concession Culvert, on May 29, 1980.
- R13 S3 Sh6 B3 162a was published in the Rodney Mercury on May 29, 1980, with the caption: "Size of the new 14th concession road culvert being installed east of Furnival can be gained form the fact a full size pick-up truck can be driven through it with a man standing on the roof with plenty of space to spare. Thirteen feet in diameter and 66 feet long, the culvert arrived in pieces, with it taking four company workmen six hours to erect. Making the excavation for the culvert in the background is dragline owner and operated by Bob Spence. He hoped to have the excavation completed for culvert installation yesterday (Wednesday). The culvert cost over $5,800 erected. The excavation is expected to cost about $1,500 and roadside slope grading and other road work are expected to bring the total to around $10,000, much of which is recovrable form the Ministry of Transportation and Communications."
