- Scope and Content
- Two black-and-white negative photographs featuring George Shaw and Lupsor next to their car covered in dust, on November 7, 1974.
- W9 B6 387a was published in the Rodney Mercury on November 7, 1974, with the caption: "Chrysler Dealer Alex Lupsr and Salesman George Shaw are disgusted because of the amount of dust on their cars, created because the county road department has been so long pouring curbs and gutters on Furnival S. The paving company had to leave 500 feet unsurfaced, and it will remain unsurfaced until the pavers return, possibly in another month. Without any effort being made by the department to control dust, it adhere to cars at night when dew is heavy and more collects during the day when traffic is heavy. They say there is no use trying to keep cars clean in their parking lot because they couldn't finish washing them before they would have to start over again. Because they can't keep cars clean so people can see them, they report sales are down."
