- Scope and Content
- Four black-and-white negative photographs featuring the phony $20 bill found by Allen Fulmer, on October 12, 1967.
- W9 B3 386a was published in the Rodney Mercury on October 12, 1967, with the caption: "Allan Fulmer's bogus $20 bill was passed at his place of business some time Sunday. The front of the bill is very poorly printed, with black printers' ink badly filling in the engraving of the Queen's hair and face, and otherwise being far too black all over the front of the bill. Red serial letters and numerals are poorly printed, also, but the green on the front and back is quite good. Allan figures the back of the bill must have been up when it was passed otherwise the member of his staff who accepted the phoney would have noticed it. The bill has been viewed by Provincial Police and many others."
