- Six black-and-white negative photograph featuring the Carroll car after an accident, on June 22, 1967.
- W9 B3 300a was published in the West Lorne Sun on June 22, 1967, with the caption: "George Carroll's car was demolished in front of Argyle Presbyterian Church, Crinan, Monday night, when another car, driven by George Diesnesch of R.R. 3. Dutton, struck the Carroll car broadside. Mr. Carroll was turning into the church property, with daughter-in-law, two granddaughters and Mrs. George Cook as occupants. After treatment in general Hospital, St. Thomas, all but Mrs. Harold Carroll were permitted to return home, and is being retained for possible operations."
