- R12 S1 Sh5 B1 196a was published in the Rodney Mercury on September 16, 1965, with the caption: "Grades 1 and 2 students were sorted out from all the others as they arrived at Aldborough's new public school Monday morning, then taken to their repsective classes. Pictured are primary teachers Mrs. Doreen Carnegie and Mrs. Gordon Attridge, in the background, asking children their ages or to which grade they belong."
- R12 S1 Sh5 B1 196d was published in the Rodney Mercury on September 23, 1965, with the caption: "The Maple Leaf Flag was raised at Aldborough's new public school Monday morning by grade 8 students Alex. Adamovich, formerly of the Chestnut Grove School, son of Mr. and Mrs. Trivo Adamovich and Agens Arvai, formerly of Union S.S. No. 1, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Arvai, formerly of Rodney."
