- File contains records collected by Alison Pearce during her genealogical research project which informed the publication "The Pearces of Little Ireland". Includes miscellaneous records relating to Thomas Pearce (3rd Generation), second son of John Pearce 2nd, and his sons, Ernest Hamilton Pearce and John Edward Pearce:
- -Affidavit made by John E. Pearce in the Surrogate Court of the County of Elgin for the Estate of Sarah A. Pearce, dated 1943.
- -The Last Will and Testament of Thomas L. Pearce, dated September 8, 1919.
- -Copy of Schedule A, Surrogate Court of Middlesex in the matter of the Estate of Thomas L. Pearce, regarding parts of Lots 10 and 11, Concession 9, Township of Dunwich.
- -Last Will and Testament of Sarah A. Pearce, dated June 23, 1943.
- -Agreement between Thomas L. Pearce, John E. Pearce and Ernest H. Pearce, dated December 19, 1914, for the purpose of settling Thomas Pearce's affairs and as a family settlement. Accompanied with a "Schedule B" form the Surrogate Court of the County of Middlesex, which oultines the gifts received by each party.
- -Mortgage Indenture dated December 19, 1914 between Ernest Hamilton Pearce and Sarah Ann Pearce, for Parts of Lots 10 and 11, Concession 9, Township of Dunwich (2 copies).
- -Two fire insurance policies issued to Ernest Pearce by The Dunwich Farmers Mutual Fire Insurance Company, dated November 11, 1916 and October 2, 1917.
- -"Schedule C" form from the Surrogate Couty of the County of Elgin, showing names of legatees and their relationship to Thomas L. Pearce in the matter of his estate, dated 1919.
- -Correspondence from Fraser E. Moore, Barrister to Thomas L. Pearce, dated December 28, 1913, regarding the registration of legal documents.
- -Miscellaneous reference material and notes relating to John Sr., Ernest and John Jr. Pearce.
- -Miscellaneous records relating to Ernest Pearce military service; includes a letter and postcared, dated 1916 from C.A.M.C. Claude, Certificate of Protection issued to Ernest Pearce, as well as miscelleanous envelopes addressed to Ernest.
- -Confirmation certificate for Ernest Hamilton Pearce, dated February 3, 1902, St. Peter's Church, Tyrconnell.
