- Series contains original and copied correspondence relating to the Patterson family. Includes copies of letters sent to Leslie Patterson by Colonel Thomas Talbot (1812-1842), as well as a letter, dated July 25, 1830, addressed to Captain John Stephens from his nephew, Edward Matthews. Also includes a scrapbook, mostly containing copies of letters sent from Colonel Thomas Talbot.
