- Katherine Pearce was born on May 3, 1809 in Pennsylvania and died on September 5, 1850 in Euphemia Township, Lambton County. She was the third child of John Pearce 1st and Frances Patterson, and married William Moorhouse on December 29, 1830 at St. Peter's Anglican Church in Tyrconnell. Katherine and William Moorhouse had ten children.
