- George Benjamin O'Malley was born on April 8, 1852 on Talbot Road, west of Wallacetown, and resided in the Township of Dunwich his entire life. His first wife, Louise, died at 21 years old in 1883 and he later married Isabella Gillies (1861-1932), with whom he had three children: Anthony, Peter and a daughter identified as Mrs. James Thompson.
