- A commissioned report written by Steve Peters, providing a summary of research concerning the history of the Scott Studio in St. Thomas, Ontario, dated March 31, 1985.
- Photocopy of an application submitted by Clifford and Margeruite Sefton to the Canadian Cultural Property Export Review Board, dated January 11, 1984.
- Deed of Gift assigning copyright of the photographic collection from Clifford and Margeruite Sefton, in business partnership under the name The Scott Studio, to the Elgin County Library Board, dated May 31, 1985.
- Typed document titled "Advisory Group Urges Museum to Reconsider Photo Collection", which outlines the Elgin County Pioneer Museum's decision to not accept the photographic negatives into their collection.
