- A plan, created by the Office of the Division Engineer, Michigan Central Railroad (Canada Division), St. Thomas, Ontario, dated April 22, 1929. Plan shows frontage along Talbot Street in St. Thomas, Ontario, also between Ross Street and First Avenue, and shows intersections with Flora Street, Horton Street, Manitoba Street, Alma Street, Balaclava Street, Inkerman Street, Woodworth Avenue and Arthur Avenue. Also shows Lots 4, 5 and 6 in Concession 8 of the Township of Yarmouth, as well as leases to the YMCA, City of St. Thomas, Imperial Oil Company, and the Canada Iron Foundries. Also featured are Thayer's Ltd and the Elgin Brewing Company.
