The agreement grants Marshall Brewster Johnson and Angus William Jonhson, copartners doing business as M.B. Johnson and Son, permission to lease a parcel of land located on Centre Street, between White and Southwick Streets in St. Thomas, Ontario, for the storage of lumber. File also contains a plan, dated November 28, 1918, showing the subject property.
