- File contains a 10-year agreement dated October 6, 1936 between the City of London and the London Railway Commission (operating the London and Port Stanley Railway), and the New York Central Railroad, a lessee of the Michigan Central Railroad. Agreement references a previous aggeement and indenture, specifically the 1915 agreement with the Canada Southern Railway for the interchange of traffic between the two railways and the electrification of the London and Port Stanley Railway tracks. The seven page agreement contains eighteen clauses, stipulating conditions of the agreement.
