- Scope and Content
- File contains two copies of correspondence sent to Mr. H. Shearer in Detroit, Michigan with a report of proposed joint arrangements with the Pere Marquette Railway, the Wabash Railroad and the Toronto, Hamilton and Buffalo Railway. The letter concludes by stating that the Canadian National Railways and the Canadian Pacific Railway have not considered consolidation with the aforementioned railway lines. File also contains three memorandums (two copies of each), considering the question of taking over operations of each line.
