Garrod, of 1206 Talbot Street, has enjoyed skating for the past 75 years and he has no intention of giving it up . . . even though he's nearly 85 years old. Here he is as he glided gracefully on the ice surface this morning at the St. Thomas-Elgin Memorial Centre. Mr. Garrod is a retired farmer and tinsmith."
