No scale is noted, and no information is provided concerning the date of creation or registration of the plan. Shows Talbot Road (north and south) lots 1-72 and A-D, with annotations dated 1816-1819 indicating the names of grantees resident on some of these lots. Named geographic and cultural features shown in this plan include "Delaware Mill Creek", "Indian path from Muncey Town to Kettle Creek" and "Supposed to be the track of this Branch of Kettle Creek".
