- Indenture of deed dated August 12, 1818, whereby Daniel Rapelje sells to officers of St. Thomas Lodge 30 (Schismatic) Grand Lodge of Upper Canada property for the purpose of erecting a lodge building. Witnessed by Mahlon Burwell, Master; Gilman Wilson, Senior Warden; G. James Rapelje (son of Daniel Rapelje); and Horace Foster (son-in-law of Daniel Rapelje). (ECVFB226F31a,b)
