- The Hedley family at the marriage of Margaret Hedley to Arthur Carder, July 5, 1942 at the home of Rev. and Mrs. J. W. Hedley in St. Catherines. John Wesley Hedley (d.1949) served as minister to the Talbotville United Church from 1937-1940. In 1938, he researched and wrote the history of the congregation for the 60th anniversary.
