- File contains black and white aerial photograph showing northeast St. Thomas, 1960, looking north from just south of South Edgeware Road. View includes Locke's School on the northwest corner of South Edgeware Road and Dalewood Drive. Published July 16, 1960, with caption: "Growth in Northeast Section - This aerial photo shows the residential growth which has taken place in the section of North Yarmouth bordering St. Thomas. This area is known as Locke's community and will be annexed into the city on Jan. 1, 1961. In the upper right hand corner of the picture is the reservoir which supplies St. Thomas citizens with water and in the extreme left centre Locke's School, where a most succcessful three-day fair is held each year, may be seen. The remainder of the photo shows the many homes that have been built during the past few years."
