View includes Clark Equipment of Canada plant; Jaeger Machine Company of Canada Ltd. plant (Gaylord Road); Continental Motors of Canada Ltd. plant (Gaylord Road); Talbot Street at Sinclair Avenue; NYC Railway tracks with overpass predating existing overpass at Talbot Street and Manor Road. Published July 16, 1960, p. 51, with caption: "A well laid out industrial subdivision is considered essential these days when municipalities enter into intense competition with one another to attract and capture new industries. This aerial view of part of the St. Thomas industrial subdivision shows modern plants located in a fully-serviced area. The building at the top of the picture is that of Canadian Clark Limited; in the centre is the recently enlarged Jaeger Machine Company of Canada Limited plant while on the right is the Continental Motors of Canada Limited plant.
