- Black and white photograph used in St. Thomas Times-Journal article published May 31, 1974 with caption:" Don Franche, left, and Dave Wall sling an 80 pound box of fish from the tug Ferroclad as the spring fishing season nears an end. According to the owner of the boat, Bob Foote, of Port Burwell it has been a better-than-average season with a catch of about one ton per day. This was one of 12 tugs that operated from Port Burwell this year. Mr. Foote said they will be trawl fishing until the fall season begins in August."
