- Photograph showing Amy Mann Harvey (1818-1901) and David Harvey (1809-1891) on the occasion of their fiftieth wedding anniversary in 1890.
- David was the eldest son of William Harvey and Cynthia Kenzie Harvey and came to Canada from Buck County, Pennsylvania when he was about eight years old. The family settled lots 16 and 17, Concession 3 of Yarmouth Township. William Harvey died when David was about nineteen years old and he was left to take care of the family. David and Amy's youngest son Marshall remained on the homestead, followed by his son Leroy and grandson David.
