- Scope and Content
- Photograph showing the property of Daniel Gunn, son of Alexander Gunn, ca. 1940. The farm was originally settled by Jonathan Doan, and was the location of Doan's tannery and the first log Friends' Meeting House (which was later used as a school). It is also the farm that the Friends' cemetery is located.
This house was built in 1860 by Joseph Baker, who had purchased the farm from Doan's heirs.
