Scope and Content

Black and white photograph used in St. Thomas Times-Journal article published June 23, 1980 with caption:" Tiger Barrett of St. Thomas Legion Branch 41 displays the bugle that his father Pat took overseas with him in 1916 during the First World War. The same bugle went oversas with Tiger in the Second World War and has survived to be played at the 91st's annual reunions in St. Thomas. Mr. Barrett is shown in front of a painting at the Legion which depicts a lonely bugler at a battle site."
