Bell telephone installers and repairmen are facing a huge backlog of orders after returning to their jobs from a strike Monday. The 15,000 workers in Ontario and Quebec voted last Thursday to end the strike, which began as a series of rotating strikes and lockouts June 7. A full strike began Aug. 13."
