- Black and white photograph used in St. Thomas Times-Journal article published July 8, 1966 with caption: "Centennial Caravan - Field trials have just been completed on equipment of the first Centennial Caravan. One of the mammoth eight-trailer caravans is scheduled to visit St. Thomas in October next year and is expected to be the focus of many local Centennial celebrations. The caravan, with authentic historical exhibits, will be located in quadrangle formation behind the Central Elgin Collegiate Institute. Plans will be set in motion soon to arrange for all school-children of the area to visit the exhibits. ".
