- Black and white photograph used in St. Thomas Times-Journal article published May 4, 1967 with caption: "Centennial Fund Grows - Mrs. Nicholas Cerna, president of the Catholic Women's League of Our Lady of Sorrows Roman Catholic Church, and Joe Mennill, secretary of the Aylmer Centennial Committee, presented cheques last night to Bruce Johnston (middle) for the town Centennial project. Mrs. Cerna's donation of $460.66 comes from proceeds to the "Portraits from the Past" fashion show, sponsored by the C. W. L. in March, while the other cheque was for $775, representing the final payment on the Rotary Club's financial pledge towards the project, the new bathhouse and recreation hall on Myrtle Street. ".
