Cattle Construction Limited of Culloden, Ontario, are shown as they begin an excavation, Tuesday, for a sanitary sewer to serve the new Rutherford Park housing development being built by Stebco Developments of St. Thomas, at the end of Rutherford Avenue, in Aylmer. About a quarter of a mile of Rutherford Avenue will be dug up so that the new sewer can join with the present sewer system at a point near Davenport School."
