"London & Port Stanley Bridge St. station, Feb. 17, 1957", ca. 1985. On the back of the postcard, it states: "The platform of the London & Port Stanley's Bridge St. Station in Port Stanley is busy with excursion passengers on Feb. 17, 1957, as cars #14 and 8 form a special train from London. Both cars have since gone to museums, but the station continues to serve as a passenger terminal for thousands of annual tourists who ride the diesel-powered excursion trains of Port Stanley Terminal Rail each year. PSTR has operated the St. Thomas-Port Stanley section of the former L&PS since 1983. Port Stanley is located on Lake Erie, about 50 km. south of London".
