Two black-and-white negative photographs featuring Jenny Phillips and her artwork at Aldborough Public School, on March 23, 1978.
R13 S3 Sh6 B2 275a was published in the West Lorne on March 23, 1978, with the caption: "Dutton artist Jenny Phillips visited Aldborough Public School Tuesday to draw cartoons for students. Here she is seen with Jill Hind, Janette McPhee and Douglas Marchand and one of her paintings which children find very interesting and can relate to because of the horses. Mrs. Phillips is a natural artist, never having taken any lessons. Other pictures hung in the school are of Johnny Bobier and his team of oxen, some buildings at Iona, and an Amish couple in a horse-drawn buggy. She also painted the Carlsberg eight-horse hitch when it was in St. Thomas last year with a city man paying $400 for it framed. Others of her oils sell for $200 to $250 framed."

Six black-and-white negative photographs featuring Dr. Eunice McKishnie and her artwork.
W11 B8 151a was published in the Rodney Mercury on February 6th, 1978, with the caption "Mrs. Eunice McKishnie's paintings are on exhibit in Aldborough Public School. Here she displays an oil done of a little fisherman at Mitchell's Bay, and Abram, a naturalist on the Seychelles Islands in the Indian Ocean. She has four or five other oils and water colors hanging with those of other West Elgin artists."
